Motability Scheme for KGM Vehicles

Over the past 35 years, Motability has helped over three million people get mobile by exchanging their mobility allowance to lease a car to aid their mobility.

Eligibility

The Scheme is available to anyone who receives one of these allowances:

Higher rate mobility part of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Higher rate mobility part of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
Enhanced rate mobility part of Adult Disability Payment
Higher rate mobility component of Child Disability Payment
War Pensioner's Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)

If you are disabled, you may be able to exchange your KGM mobility allowance to get a vehicle that suits your needs. What’s more, you don’t even need to drive. Family, friends or carers can drive on your behalf. You can check your eligibility by clicking HERE.

Vehicles

We are absolutely delighted and incredibly passionate about assisting disabled people to meet their personal requirements when it comes to choosing a vehicle. KGM vehicles have only been available on the Motability scheme since January 2015 and we are currently able to offer the following vehicles via the Motability scheme.

How it works

If you receive a qualifying mobility allowance, you can swap all or part of it for a brand-new car. Different adaptations are also available to help you use your vehicle.

Your all-inclusive package

Every car lease includes:

Insurance for up to three drivers
Servicing and maintenance
Full breakdown cover
Tyre repair and replacement
Standard chargepoint installation and support when you lease your first EV through the Scheme
